For a dense city like Stockholm this technical solution means that parking spaces would be used more efficiently. This increases the parking supply in densely populated, which would lead to a reduction for motorist's driving distance in Stockholm. This is currently about 12,860 kilometers. It also leads to a lesser burden on the urban areas infrastructure and with it a reduction in car-related air pollution. We want to modernize the current parking system both for the environment, for economic and for convenience reasons.

On privately owned land, there are approximately 148,000 parking spaces that are often not used to their full potential by the person or the organization that owns the parking spaces. To confirm that private parking spaces in Stockholm are not fully utilized, we have done an analysis of 10 parking spaces on Riddargatan 30's courtyard. The parking spaces were available 76 percent of the time each week, while there were at least 10 cars outside each morning with parking fines. In total, there are about 148,000 private parking spaces in Stockholm, mainly in corporate garages, driveways or in parking garages.

Stationary spaces
To utilize spaces more efficiently, we don't want to limit our target group to only parkingspaces. We want our customers to be able to rent out there storage rooms as much as their boat space.
Carpooling
To utilize spaces even further we want to be a community for people who have an extra space in their car when for example driving from Stockholm to Copenhagen.
Transporting
We would also want to utilize spaces for transporting. An example for this could be someone moving from Stockholm to Copenhagen. On their way back they should not need to drive back with an empty load.
